The Narbonne football program has to forfeit the 2024 City Open Division championship and is banned from competing in the postseason for three seasons due to violations of CIF eligibility rules, the L.A. City Section announced Wednesday. A 45-year-old man was arrested Wednesday morning, April 23, on suspicion of felony animal cruelty following weeks of reports from community members that he had been luring and harming cats in a Santa Ana neighborhood, authorities said.
