QUETTA, Pakistan (AP) — A blast from an improvised explosive device killed one person and wounded 35 others on Saturday in Pakistan’s southwestern city of Turbat, a police official said.Footage from the scene showed vehicles moving through the city before an explosion and flames engulfed one of them.Police officer Roshan Baloch said that eight of the wounded were in critical condition, and that the rest were stable. CLAREMONT — Claremont police Saturday arrested a man believed to have burglarized six businesses over three nights, along with a woman who allegedly possessed stolen property.The commercial burglaries occurred during nighttime hours between Thursday and Saturday, according to a statement from the Claremont Police Department.Four burglaries occurred in the 800-900 block of west Foothill Boulevard, near Mountain Avenue. A 22-year-old is suspected of shooting and killing another man in Temecula on Saturday, according to investigators. Around 5 a.m., Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for an assault with a deadly weapon in the 32900 block of Josheroo Court, south of Highway 79 and west of Redhawk Parkway.
