WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge on Thursday blocked the Trump administration from removing Michael Abramowitz as director of Voice of America, the government-run news outlet that the White House has targeted for deep staffing cuts. A onetime member of a now-defunct Southern California white supremacist group was sentenced Thursday in downtown Los Angeles to three years and one month behind bars for inciting brawls at political rallies across the state eight years ago.
