November 27, 2024 – San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials report onTuesday, November 26, 2024, detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Specialized Investigations Division – Crimes Against Children Detail investigated possession and distribution of child pornography. Detectives identified Nicholas Alejandro Diaz as the suspect. At the conclusion of the investigation Diaz was arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino for violation of PC 288(A) and PC 311.2(C) in lieu of $80,000 bail.
