The Ducks will be represented by at least three players at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. There, Lukáš Dostál and Radko Gudas will reprise their roles from their 2024 World Championship triumph for Czechia while prospect Damian Clara will man the net for host nation Italy. As two real estate giants escalate a war over how homes should be listed for sale online, both sides say they’re acting in the interest of consumers. Both sides also stand to make a lot of money if they win. The issue intensified at the end of 2024, when Compass, the country’s largest brokerage by sales volume, began advising its sellers to use a three-phased marketing approach — making their homes visible only to Compass agents and clients as a “private”  listing, making them viewable only via Compass.com, and reserving the option to later make them public on popular house-hunting…

By KIMBERLEE KRUESI and COLLIN BINKLEY, Associated Press BOSTON (AP) — President Donald Trump’s order to block incoming foreign students from attending Harvard University will remain on hold temporarily following a hearing Monday, when a lawyer for the Ivy League school said its students were being used as “pawns.” U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs in Boston extended a temporary restraining order on Trump’s proclamation until June 23 while she weighs Harvard’s request for a preliminary injunction. Before President Donald Trump began increasing tariffs on Chinese imports in February, Tim Jameson was looking to 2026 to be a “once in a lifetime hit” for his Maryland firework company, promising “the largest revenue stream we could possibly have.” But now he says…
