A man and woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder following a shooting in the 1110 block of North G Street in San Bernardino on Oct. 19, according to a San Bernardino Police news release.
Police responded to the scene of the shooting around 1:00 a.m., where a victim suffering multiple gunshot wounds was found and eventually pronounced dead, according to the police statement. The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
Edward Martin, 39, of San Bernardino, was arrested in Redlands on Nov. 21 on suspicion of murder, according to the release. Tajanay Boyd, 29, of Redlands was arrested later on Wednesday, Nov. 27 in Las Vegas. She remains in jail in Las Vegas pending extradition to California where she will also face murder charges, according to the release.
Captain Nelson Carrington of the San Bernardino Police Department confirmed the two suspects had a history of some sort of a dating relationship.
The motive and circumstances of the shooting remain under investigation.
