San Bernardino County students explained their hypotheses and conclusions Thursday, March 6, during a regional science fair.

Youths with scientific minds competed in the San Bernardino, Inyo, Mono Counties Science and Engineering Fair, hosted at Cal State San Bernardino.
On Thursday, students set up their projects and discussed their findings with judges.
Awards will be handed out in a ceremony next week. That event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday, March 14, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Ontario.
In neighboring Riverside County, students competed in that county’s science fair last week at the Riverside Convention Center.
