As confetti flew and cheers echoed across campus, Crafton Hills College closed its 2025 commencement on Friday, May 23, with a simple message: The journey continues, and this community is always behind you.
This year marked a milestone for Crafton, as more than 1,100 students received their degrees and certificates during the college’s commencement ceremony, the most ever. The Class of 2025 earned a total of 878 degrees and 988 certificates, both all-time highs.
College President Kevin Horan welcomed attendees with a light-hearted reflection on teamwork. “Group projects are a practical example of how life works,” he said. “No one achieves anything without the help of others. Life is a group project.”
Student speaker and graduating Student Trustee Hadi Natour spoke about persistence and support, sharing stories that reflected the tight-knit spirit of the Crafton campus. Natour is set to transfer to either UCLA or UC San Diego in the fall.
